BioPrint analysis (14 point body fat caliber test) to prioritize weight loss/fat loss based on hormonal profile.
Work through a weekly step by step plan over the 6-8 weeks
Meal plan catered to your likes/dislikes
* Optional - Meal plan will be adjusted for your ideal macro nutrient profile to better attain your goals (calories, fat, carbs, protein)
Supplement protocol to address any deficiencies that may be identified based on symptoms and intake form - progressive over 6-8 weeks
Approximately 30 recipes provided and a grocery list - using whole foods
Pre and post training nutrition (if required)
Preparation ideas and eating out suggestions can be provided
Progress tracking and accountability check-ins over 8 weeks (check-ins are all online unless a follow-up package has been purchased)
