We are excited to announce that our popular women's only training program is now available in two levels. If you're new to the program check out the level 1 option. If you've done the program before, have experience with weight lifting and are ready to take it to the next level, our level 2 class is for you. And for the first time, we're offering a professional photoshoot package after you complete the program.

Two weeks prior to program start date a welcome email will be sent out with supporting documents
Welcome email will provide dates to book initial BioPrint assessment along with program documents to follow.
Both Programs Include:
- 3 Triple B Classes Per Week (small group)
- 1 Team Training Class per week (flexible scheduling)
- Cardio Schedule (to complete on own)
- Initial assessment (movement pattern analysis, review nutrition)
- Nutrition Plan to improve health and glucose management
- Weekly accountability check ins

- 1 hour in-studio professional photography session
- Hair and Make up
- 2 fully retouched images ( 1 figure, 1 portrait/beauty shot)
Level 1 - 4 week Program
Fat Loss & Conditioning Program
- for first timers to the program
- for those looking to improve body fat and lose weight
- will hone the fundamental lifts to strength training
- conditioning focus
- no tracking food but must follow meal plan
- 4 week program
- Level 1 can be taken as many times as needed if your goal is weight loss and fat loss!
Level 1 + photoshoot package
Level 2 - 6 week Program
Build and Strengthen Program
- for first timers comfortable with major lifts and currently training 3 to 5 days per week (some exceptions apply)
- for those looking to build muscle and strength
- must be able to barbell deadlift, bench press and squat
- required to track nutrition and time nutrient intake
- 6 week program
Level 2 + photoshoot package

Results are expected!
Required to have some experience working out. Expected to lose anywhere from 5-8% body fat and 1 to 10lbs.
