Our personal training programs are progressive and individualized, each training program is designed specifically to your needs.  

A personal trainer will hold you accountable and challenge you along the way. Personal training is all about acquiring new skills and achieving a fitness level that you desire. Like any skill it takes time and practice to get it down to a science -  like the saying goes, perfect practice makes perfect. That is why at Junction Fitness Hub we focus on proper program design. Challenging the body and mind in a progressive way to aid results and minimize injury. 

Did you know that typically after 6 workouts doing the same routine your body has fully adapted and is looking for a change? That is one reason why proper program design is so important.

Gold Level

14 – 17     

$60 to 70 per session

**All Personal Training Sessions are sold in packages and the package determines the price per session
