Circuit Training (all levels)

Bootcamp style class with station based workout that puts you through higher and lower intensity exercises for a full body blast. 


Exercise fundamentals (all levels)
 
This class teaches you how to achieve proper technique in the fundamental movements: hinges, squats, pushes and pulls. This gives you flexibility, ease of movement and awareness that we tie in to different fundamental movements each week. Feel the difference in strength and endurance during exercises such as squats, and bench presses that come from better posture and movement!


Strong & Conditioned (experience required)

Mixed class comprised of both free weights and cardio/ conditioning exercises. Proper rest to work ratios applied to achieve the ultimate strength & conditioning. 


TRX (all levels)

Full body workout that will leave you feeling the intensity of the TRX.


HIIT & ROW

This class mixes High Intensity Interval Training with short bursts on the rowing machine. Learn the mechanics of movement & apply intensity to get your muscles fired up and your metabolism burning! Each class will start with a dynamic warm-up and rowing mechanics. You will be on and off the rower throughout the workout.
